Head of the Estonian military technology company Terramil Kristo Kirs noted that the shelter has sparked interest in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Pakistan, India, and Egypt.

One module of the shelter, which contains everything necessary for life, can be installed in the desired location in the ground in just 1.5 hours, and by combining the modules, a whole safety campus can be built underground. The shelter module that weighs approximately two tonnes and is six meters in length can be delivered by a conventional truck and it fits with soil of any corner of the world, however, an excavator is also needed.

The shelter has been tested in real conditions underground, and under bomb fire and it turned out that it protects well against up to 155mm bombshells. "155mm shell is relatively common ammunition, used for cannons and tanks," said Kirs.

The shelter durability depends greatly on how deep the shelter is installed, and if dug 40-50 meters below ground, it should also be able to survive a nuclear bomb blast, said Kirs.
