Latvian Association of Building Material Producers turns over EUR 551.65 mln in 2014

Print versionThe total turnover of 18 members of the Latvian Association of Building Material Producers reached EUR 551.65 million in 2014, reports LETA, according to the association's information.

For comparison – in 2013, the association's total turnover amounted to EUR 537.33 million.
In 2012, the association's companies turned over a total of EUR 931.27 million, before Liepajas metalurgs had ceased its production.
In 2014, the association's members exported products in the amount of EUR 389 million – an increase compared with 2013, when exports reached EUR 366.4 million.
The total number of employees in all companies combined in 2014 was 4,915; in 2013 – 4,687.
