Estonia's second Festival of Opinion Culture (Arvamusfestival) that took place on Friday and Saturday in central Estonian town of Paide, gathered two times more visitors than during its first year – 4,000, LETA/Postimees writes.

Over two days, more than 160 discussions with nearly 400 participants – opinion leaders and celebrities as well as speakers from different spheres of life – were held in over 30 venues.

"This year's Festival of Opinion Culture showed that discussions in relaxed atmosphere are very much necessary for our society," said the festival's initiator Kristi Liiva. "The idea of the Festival of Opinion Culture matters to Estonian people and there were people from each corner of Estonia present, who felt good at discussion sites. They came with friends or family, a little rain did not disturb anyone."

The first day of the festival was completed by a big discussion where around 100 people discussed what is the Estonia of their dreams and how to reach it, Public Broadcasting reports.

The next festival takes place in August 2015.
