Riga Freeport held the workshop: business opportunities in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain

The purpose of the workshop is to introduce as many parties as possible to the opportunities for business, investment and tourism available in the Canary Islands (Spain), focusing particularly on the island of Tenerife, reported BC the port.
In order to promote cooperation among businesspeople from Latvia and Spain in the Canary Islands, the workshop presented Tenerife as a lucrative target for business and investment, as well as a wonderful tourist destination. Business opportunities available in Canary Island ports, particularly the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, are a potential subject of cooperation in the shipping industry.
Keynote speakers at the workshop were representatives of the regional government of the Canary Islands, the Tenerife Tourism Council, the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Port Authority, the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Shipping Administration.
