EU – Baltic States, Forum, Lithuania, Tourism

All of these exhibitions are highly frequented; over 200,000 visitors attend them every year. Publications on Vilnius tourism, maps and souvenirs have been handed out. Information about Vilnius in Finnish and Spanish assisted to more concise presentation of the city's cultural heritage, new in tourism services, as well as inviting guests to short and long trips, concerts, festivals and other events on the city. Exhibition visitors were interested in the possibilities to visit Vilnius, coordination of travel arrangements with the events and festivals in the city, new tourist objects and services, reports LETA/ELTA.

The video-presentation on tourism in Vilnius and information report in Finnish was done for local media and travel agencies at the exhibition in Helsinki.

The Madrid exhibition Fitur 2012 had 10,434 participants from 166 countries and was visited by 209,260 visitors. It was also visited by 7,726 journalists from 59 countries. The exhibition Vakantiebeurs 2012 in Utrecht was visited by 126,551 visitors. The exhibition Matka 2012 in Madrid, Spain hosted 71,098 visitors.
