Estonia introduces game and forests at Grüne Woche 2012

Print versionThe focal topic of Estonia's exhibit at the world's largest agriculture and food fair Grüne Woche 2012 is Estonia's untouched nature, forests and bogs, LETA/Maaleht writes.

Visitors are offered products made of elk and wild board meat and the berries and mushrooms typical of Estonian forests. The visitors can also see the possibilities Estonian nature and rural tourism offers. They are also offered the traditional products that Germans already like and come back for every year – smoked cheese, grilled sausages, rye bread, spiced sprats, etc.
Estonia's 120 metres exhibition space is organised at the order of agriculture ministry by Estonian Chamber of Agriculture and Commerce. Several meetings with different agriculture ministers and organisations will also take place.
