Exploring fine dining in the Northern Riviera – Jurmala

During the Nordic Star festival everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy a special sampling menu created by the Chef for one evening only.

The sampling menu is a unique opportunity to taste Chef’s special offer – dishes that are not available on the daily restaurant menu.

 

Jurmala restaurant “Laivas” also takes part in Nordic Star festival, offering chef’s Heinrihs Erhards special 4 course dinner menu:

 

·         Yellow beetroot and asparagus Napoleon

·         Grilled tuna with eggplant caviar and peppered tuna tartar with pine nut and caper sauce

·         Home-smoked and glazed beef ribs with kale and cereals

·         Layered almond cream with raspberry sorbet and spring flower pollen

 

This special menu will be available only on 29th of April, 2016, starting 18:00 o’clock. Book your reservations at restaurant “Laivas”.
