BTA posts EUR 4.2 mln in profit in H1

Print versionInsurance company BTA Insurance Company (BTA) racked up EUR 92.1 million in premiums in the first half of 2014, which is EUR 7.8 million or 9.1% more than in the first half of 2013, informs LETA.

Meanwhile, the amount of gross insurance indemnities issued by BTA was EUR 42.8 million, which is EUR 4.2 million or 10.9% more than in the first half of 2013.
In the first half of 2014, BTA earned EUR 4.2 million in profit, which is almost 2.5 times more than in the first half of 2013.
