Two Lithuanian-based Finasta funds merge

BC, Vilnius, 08.07.2014.

Closed Joint Stock Company Finasta Asset Management has announced that on 1 July 2014 the Harmonised investment fund Finasta Umbrella Fund – Finasta Word Equity Fund Subfund was successfully incorporated into Harmonised investment fund Finasta Baltic Fund, informs LETA/ELTA.

After the effected Fund merger Finasta Word Equity Fund Subfund has been terminated.

Finasta Baltic Fund continues to successfully operate with more participants in the fund; Harmonised investment fund Finasta Umbrella Fund is now comprised of four subfunds instead of five.
