The merger between UniCredit Finance (former UniCredit Bank) and UniCredit Leasing has been successfully completed, informs marketing and PR manager at SIA UniCredit Leasing Agnese Buce.

As a result, UniCredit Finance portfolio was successfully integrated into UniCredit Leasing, which will manage it in the future. UniCredit Leasing will continue its operations in the Baltics representing UniCredit in the area, by providing customers with high-quality leasing products and services.

“I’m satisfied how the merger process was successfully completed. This confirms our commitment and gives us a new experience. I believe that this know-how will help us in the further development of UniCredit Leasing in the Baltic leasing market" said Jevgenijs Belezjaks, UniCredit Leasing CEO.

As part of the Group’s strategic plan, UniCredit announced in 2013 the discontinuity of its banking operations in the Baltics with a change of focus to leasing business.

UniCredit Leasing is present in the Baltics with the head office in Latvia and two branches in Lithuania and Estonia. UniCredit Leasing offers financing solutions in areas that range from vehicles and transportation technology to machinery and equipment.
