Snoras bankruptcy administrator is not rushing the process of bank’s assets

The most valuable parts of the collapsed Lithuanian bank Snoras are finding new owners in Lithuania and abroad but the bankruptcy administrator is not rushing this process, since his and consultants' astonishing salaries depend on the time, informs LETA/ELTA, referring to RESPUBLIKA.

Snoras Bankruptcy Administrator Neil Cooper had confirmed that they finally reached an agreement on the company's Snoro Lizingas sales.

 

Such slow process of Snoras realization of assets and settlement with creditors' is useful for Cooper who receives LTL 100,000 (EUR 28,962) salary per month. This year, Neil's team managed to assess 81 of 84 foreclosed and bank's properties. It also sold several cars and other movable assets worth of LTL 796 million (EUR 230 million).
