Looking at Latvia's economic growth, some thought that hundreds of millions of lats will be distributed, however, it will be necessary to get by with a two-digit figure, said the minister, explaining that Latvia must be extremely cautious next year, since the state of global economy, especially in Europe, does not look "rose-colored".
According to Vilks, it seems that private businesses are currently extremely aggravated and tired of uncertainty and politicians' indecisiveness in solving economic issues.
The minister emphasized that this year's budget amendments must not exceed LVL 70 million. Overall, the country will conclude the year with excellent results both in terms of economic growth and the budget deficit, reported LETA.
