Print versionThe Bank of Lithuania Supervision Service decided to repeal the decision of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania dated of June 2, 2011, by which the rules and prospectus of the close special private capital investment fund Finasta PE Feeder Fund I of Lithuania-based enterprise Finasta Asset Management were approved and permitted to conclude a contract with the depository, the Bank of Lithuania said in a statement.
On June 13, 2012, the bard of the management undertaking passed a decision to divide this fund as the planned activities had not been performed and the fund had no participants, informs LETA.
