LHV increases share capital by 8.6 mln euros

Print versionThe Estonian banking group LHV Group announced that it increased its share capital by 8.6 million euros, LETA/Äripäev.ee reports.

During the share issue last week, existing shareholders subscribed to 3.4 million euro and new shareholders 5.2 million euro worth of new LHV Group shares. As the result of the share issue, 21 new investors and several employees were added among shareholders of LHV Group.
LHV Group belongs 100% to 109 Estonian shareholders. 66% of shares belong to council members (6 shareholders), 31% to investors (30) and 3% to employees (73). Rain Lõhmus has a stake of 38% and Andres Viisemann 14%. LHV Group has two subsidiaries – AS LHV Pank and AS LHV Varahaldus.
