Estonian residents have 16.3 mln EUR worth of Greek securities

Print versionEstonian residents i.e. banks, different funds and private individuals have 16.3 million EUR worth of securities connected to Greece, Eesti Pank informed Delfi.

How much Estonian financial institutions will lose money because of restructuring of Greek debts must be asked from them, said Eesti Pank spokesman Viljar Rääsk, writes LETA.
“Generally we can say that the openness of banks to this risk is very small since all claims connected to Greece together form below 0.1% of balance sheet volume,” said Rääsk.
