Over 85,000 tax debtors in Estonia at end-2010

Print versionAs of the end of the year 2010, 85 053 private or corporate persons in Estonia had tax debts amounting to a total of 6.2 billion kroons, LETA/Postimees Online reports.

The number of debtors and debt sum is falling, Tax and Customs Board said.
5.7 billion kroons of it is tax debt of corporate persons and 520 million kroons that of private individuals. 66,496 of the debtors are private individuals and 18,557 corporate persons.
The number of debtors whose debt is less than 1,000 kroons is 50,666. 1,128 taxpayers owe the state a million kroons or more.
