Fitch changed SEB Bank's and DnB NORD Bankas rating to stable

Print versionInternational ratings agency Fitch Ratings changed SEB Bank's long-term issuer's default rating outlook from negative to stable whereas SEB Bank's long-term issuer's default rating A, short-term issuer's default rating F1, individual rating D/E and support rating 1 remained unchanged. Fitch also revised the outlook for a bank DnB NORD Bankas, operating in Lithuania, to stable from negative.

The outlook of SEB bank was changed following the change of the long-term foreign currency issuer's default rating outlook of the Republic of Lithuania from negative to stable.
The agency affirmed DnB NORD Bankas long-term issuer's default rating at "A", short term issuer's default rating at "F1", individual rating at "D/E" and the support rating at "1".
DnB NORD Bankas is a Lithuanian subsidiary of Norwegian bank Bank DnB NORD.
