Latvijas Balzams distillery plans to pay EUR 1 per share in dividends
In total EUR 7,496,900 will be paid in dividends, including
EUR 7,472,039 paid from last year’s profit, and EUR 24,861 paid from the profit
for previous years. July 28, 2017 has been set as the date of calculation of
dividends and August 4, 2017 as the date of payment of dividends.
Shareholders will hold their annual meeting and decide on
payment of dividends on June 28.
The shareholders also plan to hear reports of the board and
supervisory board, approve last year’s financial report, elect auditor for the
audit of annual reports for 2017 and determine remuneration for auditor.

Balzams posted EUR 75.72 mln in sales last year, up 2.6% from 2015.
