The Latvian branch of Nordea Bank has made an agreement to grant EUR 19.9 million loan to further development of Nordic and Baltic Property Group’s Unity business center, the bank’s spokeswoman in the Baltic state Signe Lonerte told LETA.

She said that the loan will be used to furnish the office premises and to promote visibility of the business center in order to attract customers.

Jekaterina Kolosova, the head of the Nordic and Baltic Property Group in the Baltic states, said that in several years the Unity business center has been turned into a modern class B office building. Tenants of the building represent the financial and banking sector, IT, medical and other sectors, and international call centers.

Nordic and Baltic Property Group was established in 2012, and its owner of Cyprus-registered Marliese Investments Limited.

The Latvian branch of Nordea Bank in late June was the fifth largest bank in Latvia, according to the Latvian Association of Commercial Banks.
