Latvia's leasing portfolio grows 11% in Q1

Print versionLatvia's leasing portfolio increased 11 % in the first quarter, amounting to EUR 1.223 bln, according to the Latvian Association of Leasing Providers cites LETA.

Car lease deals increased 30% to reach EUR 86.01 mln in the first quarter.
Commercial vehicle leasing increased 16.4% to EUR 25.63 mln, and Industrial equipment leasing stood at EUR 28.83 mln - 20.9% increase.
The total leasing and factoring portfolio of Latvia was EUR 1.368 bln at the end of the first quarter, or 11.4% more than in the first quarter of 2015.
