Bank of Lithuania gives consent to reorganisation of bank Finasta

Print versionOn 18 August 2015, Siauliu Bankas has received a notification from the Bank of Lithuania stating that the Board of the Bank of Lithuania passed a resolution to agree with reorganisation of the bank Finasta AB merging it with Siauliu Bankas AB by acquisition, Siauliu Bankas has announced LETA/ELTA.

Reorganisation of the bank Finasta AB and financial brokerage firm Finasta AB merging these companies with Siauliu Bankas by acquisition can be closed only upon receiving permission from the supervisory authorities.
Therefore, after receiving consent from the Bank of Lithuania, Siauliu Bankas and the companies subject to reorganising, i.e. the bank Finasta AB and financial brokerage firm Finasta AB will apply to the Bank of Lithuania as required by the laws asking to grant permission for reorganisation.
