Monetary financial institutions in Latvia earn EUR 312.8 mln in 2014

Monetary financial institutions earned EUR 312.8 million in 2014, reports LETA, according to information published by the Bank of Latvia.

The total amount of assets of monetary financial institutions at the end of 2014 reached EUR 30.85 billion.

Monetary financial institutions are commercial banks and their subsidiaries, savings and loan associations, electronic money institutions, and money market funds.

The said data do not include information about the Bank of Latvia.
