Klaipedos Nafta transshipments reduced by 14.7% in 10 months

State controlled company Klaipedos Nafta during October 2014 reloaded 498,000 tons of oil products into its storage tanks, greater by 35.0% than during October 2013, when 369,000 tons were reloaded. During ten months of 2014 the company reloaded 4.39 million tons of oil products into its storage tanks, by 14.7% lower than during ten months of 2013, writes LETA/ELTA.

During October 2014 more oil products from the main client of the Company SC Orlen Lietuva as well as from refineries of the Republic of Belarus were reloaded, compared to transhipment during October 2013, Klaipedos Nafta announced in a statement.

 

The preliminary sales revenues of the Company for October 2014 comprise LTL 9.5 million (EUR 2.8 million); greater by 23.4% compared to October 2013 (i.e. LTL 7.7 million or EUR 2.2 million).

 

The Company during ten months of 2014 reloaded 4.39 million tons of oil products into its storage tanks, by 14.7% lower than during ten months of 2013, when 5.15 million tons were reloaded. The decreased transhipment volume in 2014 compared to the same period in 2013 was resulted by the delivered less oil products from the refinery of the main client of the Company – SC Orlen Lietuva and refineries of Russian Federation.

 

The preliminary sales revenues of the Company for the ten months of 2014 are LTL 93.0 million (EUR 26.9 million) and reduced by 12.6% compared to the same period of 2013 (LTL 106.4 or EUR 30.8 million).
