Latvia to send nine generators to Ukraine

The government today tasked the Interior Ministry to prepare a humanitarian aid shipment to Ukraine made up of nine generators, which will be transported to the country by the State Fire and Rescue Service, reports LETA.

Latvia had previously sent to Ukraine nine generators, which the Ukrainian side had requested.

 

Latvia has also sent two shipments of humanitarian aid to Ukraine previously, as well as taken in 10 Ukrainians injured in the conflict for medical treatment, and is prepared to take in 10 more for treatment.
