Latvenergo banned from signing contract with Visaginas NPP project consultant

Print versionThe Procurement Monitoring Bureau has decided to ban the joint-stock power utility Latvenergo from signing a contract with Britain's Project Financing Solution Limited on purchasing financial consulting services regarding the Visaginas Nuclear Power Plant project, according to information available on the bureau's website.

Project Financing Solution Limited won the procurement. Nevertheless, it was contested by Deloitte Latvia, reports LETA.
The company's petition was recognized as partially justified by the Procurement Monitoring Bureau's Procurement Review Commission.
