A new cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia's Novatek arrived in the Lithuanian seaport of Klaipeda on Tuesday, marking the third such shipment in the new gas year that started in early October, writes LETA/BNS.

The Coral Favia gas carrier came from Russia's Baltic Sea port of Vysotsk, where Novatek has a LNG facility, and docked at the Klaipeda LNG terminal's FSRU Independence early on Tuesday, according to the vessel tracking websites Marinetraffic.com, Vesselfinder.com and Myshiptracking.com.

The gas carrier arrival schedule of Klaipedos Nafta, the terminal's operator, shows that the tanker was to deliver 10,000 cubic meters of LNG.
