Lithuania's electricity market prices remain stable

The average price of electricity in Nord Pool's Lithuanian bidding area last week remained stable at 30.8 euros per megawatt-hour, Litgrid said on Monday.

Demand for electricity in the Baltic countries last week edged down by a further 3%, the power transmission system operator said.


Lithuania imported 83% of its electricity, with 42% of it coming from Latvia, Estonia and Finland, 36% from Sweden and 22% from third countries.
