Alexela Energia and Reola Gaas merge

Print versionAlexela Group’s company Reola Gaas will merge with the company Alexela Energia; after the merger, Alexela Energia will become one of Estonia's largest electricity and gas sales businesses, Äripäev.ee/LETA reports.

Alexela Group Chairman of the Board Andreas Laane said that the merger of the group's companies is part of the group's corporate strategy, during which the group structure becomes more ordered.
After the merger, Alexela Energia is a company involved in electricity, natural gas (including LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas selling company.
The company's Chairman of the Board will be Maria Helbling, who previously worked as Alexela Group Business Development Head.
