Lithuania's power distribution network operator to borrow EUR 75 mln

Print versionOn 24 April, Lesto AB, Lithuania's power distribution network operator, via the Central Public Procurement Portal informed the long-term loan EUR 75 million tender, that was announced on November 20, 2014, bidders about the concluded evaluation and the winner of the tender, reports LETA/ELTA.

The Commission of the tender has decided that Finland's Pohjola Bank Plc has offered the best bid.
The loan agreement with the winner s intended to be signed after the purchase procedures mandatory 15-day postponement.
The loan will be used for outstanding loans refinancing and also, for the working capital needs.
