Vilnius court abates case on Gazprom's complaint

Print versionVilnius Regional Administrative Court on April 21st 2015 nonsuited the examination of dispute proceedings between OAO Gazprom and the Competition Council, informs LETA/ELTA.

Gazprom had asked the court to annul the decision of 13 June 2014, under which the Competition Council decided not to satisfy Gazprom's complaint regarding the actions of officials who were working with the case regarding the Competition Council's decision on the compliance of Gazprom's actions with the decision of 18 March 2004 of the Competition Council.
By the ruling of 21 April, Vilnius Regional Administrative Court nonsuited the examination of this administrative case since it is outside the competence of administrative courts.
