Baltic Aviation Academy: flexibility doubles the students

Baltic Aviation Academy, European standard training centre, doubled student number during the 2014. In comparison to 2013 student number for type rating training increased by 117%, making it go over 2000 in 2014, reports BC Academy’s press service.

ATO training centre provides a wide range of aviation training including Ab Initio and Type Rating pilot training, Cabin Crew training, Ground Handling, OPS and various additional aviation training.

 

In the beginning of 2014 company added Ground Handling training and successfully provided Initial Loading Personnel’s training, Initial Ramp Agent training, Load Control and Load Master training, ASU and GPU training and Flight Dispatcher training courses. Baltic Aviation Academy is able to provide Ground Handling training at the own training base, partner or third party location. 2014 client geography covers Estonia, Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Myanmar and Nepal.

 

The growing focus on the Cabin Crew training also significantly raised student number. Through the new Initial Cabin Crew training course, providing fundamental knowledge to start cabin crew career, training centre prepared 187% more professionals in 2014.

 

In addition to that, the Type Rating qualification course has been provided for 80% more students than in 2013. Baltic Aviation Academy provides training for 18 different aircraft types, however the most popular among students remain Airbus A320, Boeing 737-300/500, Boeing 737-600/900, ATR 42/72 and Embraer 170/190.
