"We need to do the maximum, to accept it better. For me, the question is not whether the disease or virus will reach here. No, this virus is here. If it has been ten kilometres away from the Estonian border with two wild boars, then it means that it is here. We are in a new situation today," Padar told Postimees.
A number of African swine fever cases have been diagnosed in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland in July. So far, African swine fever has not been diagnosed in Estonia officially yet.
