Orkla Confectionery&Snacks Latvija after a two-year break will again participate in Russia’s largest food fair Prodexpo, displaying products of Laima sweetmaker, informs LETA.

The company’s spokeswoman Lineta Miksa said that participation in the fair will expand the range of cooperation partners and increase sales in Russia that account for 25% of the company’s total exports.

"We did not participate in Moscow’s fair for two years. Still, Russia is a significant export market, therefore we decided to return to the fair with our new products. Participation in a fair is a great chance to present our performance, receive feedback about the products, get acquainted with the latest trends in the sector and expand the range of cooperation partners," said Mikse.

She said that the company at the fair will present its milk chocolate line Tagad, exclusive candy line Gourmet, Laima Riga Black Balsam candies and Serenade candies.
