No new Covid-19 cases registered in Latvia for three straight days

No new Covid-19 cases have been registered in Latvia for three straight days, according to the Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
1,413 people were tested for Covid-19 on Monday.
One person was hospitalized for Covid-19 on Monday. At the moment, nine Covid-19 patients are being treated in hospital, including eight with symptoms of medium severity and one with severe symptoms. Altogether, 174 patients have been discharged from hospitals.
A total of 140,437 people have been tested for Covid-19 virus in Latvia so far. The number of positive Covid-19 tests remains at 1,111.
Of all Covid-19 patients registered in Latvia, 903 people, or 81.4% had recovered by June 18. The coronavirus disease has claimed the lives of 30 people in Latvia.
