Estonia's EU presidency budget to be around EUR 75 mln as planned before

Print versionAround 75 mln are to be spent on Estonia's presidency of the European Council in the second half of 2017 and moving the presidency six months earlier has not increased the budget, reports LETA/BNS.

"The budget for the presidency has not increased, but we had to move most of the budget from 2018 to 2017," head of the team preparing for the Estonian EU presidency, Piret Lillevali, said.
The presidency budget spans from 2015 to 2018.
