The Embassy of Pakistan is having a cultural week at the Art Museum Riga Bourse on February 7-12. This includes a exhibition showcasing Pakistan's handicrafts, seminars and talks. Tuesday 7th

0900 – 1200 hrs Seminar "Business opportunities in Pakistan"

The seminar will  present (a) an overview of Pakistan's economy (b) business potential with special emphasis on investment opportunities and benefits.
Speakers Pakistan Ambassador, Commercial Counsellor and  Ambassador – Director General of Economic and Bilateral Relations Directorate, Mr. Janis Mazeiks.

1330 – 1500 hrs Talk "Today's Pakistan"

The Talk will cover (a) present day Pakistan (b) Challenges/opportunities and (c) touch upon the regional situation. Speaker Ambassador of Pakistan.

Wednesday 8th

1000 – 1200 hrs Seminar "Heritage, history  and civilization of Pakistan"

The seminar will cover (a) civilization and heritage (b) Pakistan's creation its history from independence to present.
Speakers  Ambassador of Pakistan and the Vice Chancellor Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design, Lahore.

1330 – 1500 hrs Talk "Culture and Fashion"

The talk will cover Pakistan's culture and fashion. Speaker Vice Chancellor Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design.
