Lithuanian Finasta receives bank license

BC, Vilnius, 15.05.2008.

Today, the Board of the Bank of Lithuania decided to issue the bank license to Bankas Finasta AB, the bank announced.

Finasta bank already passed all legal procedures on establishing a bank. The bank was registered in the Register of Legal Entities on January 2, 2008.

100% of Bankas Finasta shares are owned by Finasta Imoniu Finansai – subsidiary of the Lithuanian investment company Invalda.
