Sevastova knocked out of Prague WTA

Today, Latvia's second-best ranked lady tennis player Anastasija Sevastova lost to Romania's Irina-Camelia Begu 2-6, 2-6 in the opening round of the Prague WTA International Series tennis tournament, cites LETA.


At the moment Sevastova is ranked 43rd in the WTA rankings, while Begu is ranked 82nd.


This was the first WTA Tour action for Sevastova in almost six months, who earned one WTA ranking point for competing in the tournament.
