VEF Riga loses to Gaziantep in FIBA Champions League

BC, Riga, 06.11.2019.

In FIBA Champions League action on Tuesday, Latvian basketball club VEF Riga lost to Turkish club Gaziantep 81:85, reported LETA/BNS.

Arturs Kurucs led the way for VEF Riga with 19 points, followed by Janis Blums with 14 points.

Jason Rich was the top scorer for Gaziantep with 25 points.

In the Group C standings at the moment, VEF Riga is in seventh place with one win and three losses, while Gaziantep is in sixth place in the standings, also with one win and three losses.

VEF Riga will play its next Champions League match on November 13 at home against German club Bamberg Bros
