Sevastova loses to Mladenovic in second round of Kremlin Cup

Print versionLatvia's Anastasija Sevastova lost to France's Kristina Mladenovic 5-7, 6-3, 3-6 in the second round of the Kremlin Cup tennis tournament on Thursday, reported LETA/BNS.
Sevastova is currently ranked 24th in the WTA rankings, while Mladenovic is ranked 45th.
Last year, Sevastova advanced to the tournament's quarterfinals, earning 185 WTA ranking points. This year, however, she has only earned 55 ranking points in Moscow.
