Riga Dinamo snaps seven-game losing streak

Print versionLatvian hockey club Riga Dinamo beat Slovakia's Bratislava Slovan 4:3 (2:1, 1:2, 1:0) on Thursday, snapping a seven-game losing streak, reported LETA/BNS.
Lauris Darzins scored two goals and made two assists last night, Mikelis Redlihs had one goal and two assists, and Linus Videll scored one goal.
On the other hand, Jeff Taffe and Rudolf Cerveny each scored one goal for Slovan. Slovan has now lost ten matches in a row.
Dinamo is in ninth place in the KHL Western Conference at the moment with 34 points after 37 matches, while Slovan is in 11th place in the conference with 23 points.
Riga Dinamo will next play against Minsk Dinamo on December 18.
