U.S. rock musician Jack White will give a concert at the Palladium concert hall in Riga on October 3, writes LETA, according to information posted on the FBI concert agency's website.

White is member of the White Stripes, the Raconteurs and the Dead Weather, he has won 12 Grammy Awards. Since 2011, White has released three solo albums; the latest, Boarding House Reach, was released this past March.

Organizers of the concert point out that it is important for White to have contact with the audience, which is why no mobile phones will be permitted at the concert in Riga.

Tickets to the concert will be available from Bilesu Serviss network from May 25. One ticket will cost EUR 51 to EUR 61.
