Latvian forward Rudolfs Balcers scored two goals, including the winning goal, to help his San Jose Barracuda beat the Tucson Roadrunners 4:2 (1:1, 1:1, 2:0) at home on Wednesday, informs LETA.

Balcers' first goal tied the game at 2:2, he then scored the winning goal on a power play in the 49th minute.

As reported, on Sunday Balcers was called up to the NHL club San Jose Sharks but did not play in the game against the Anaheim Ducks, and was later sent back to the Barracuda.

So far this season, the twenty-year-old Balcers has scored 14 goals and made 19 assists in 45 AHL games, becoming the highest-scoring player for Barracuda.
