Latvian skeleton racer M.Dukurs finishes 3rd after two runs at Olympic Games

finished third after the first day at the Pyeongchang Games, while his brother
Tomass Dukurs ranked fifth, informs LETA.
The leader of the competition so far is local hero Sungbin Yun.
After the first run M.Dukurs was in a shared fifth position, while in the
second run he showed the second best result, allowing him to climb to the third
position after both runs, losing 0.88 seconds to the leader. Meanwhile,
T.Dukurs was seventh after the first run and improved his position after the
second run.
The third and fourth runs in skeleton will be held on Friday, and then the
medals will be distributed.
