Latvia beats Turkey 2-1 in Federation Cup

Latvia's Alona Ostapenko and Anastasija Sevastova on Wednesday scored an easy win in the doubles match against Turkey, with Latvian team beating Turkey 2-1 to take first place in Pool D at the Federation Cup Europe Group I in Tallinn, informs LETA.


Ostapenko and Sevastova defeated Turkey's Pemra Ozgen and Ayla Aksu 6-1, 6-1.


Today, Latvia will be playing Poland.
