Associated Press predicts Latvia will win 3 Olympic medals

The Associated Press news agency predicts that Latvia will win three Olympic medals at the upcoming winter Olympics in South Korea, informs LETA.


According to the AP, Latvia will win two Olympic medals in the men's skeleton, with Martins Dukurs winning the silver and his brother Tomass Dukurs taking home the gold. However, the AP believes that South Korea's Yun Sung-bin will win the gold.


Meanwhile, the Associated Press also projects that the Latvia-1 bobsled team piloted by Oskars Melbardis will win silver in the four-man competition.


The Winter Olympics in South Korea will take place from February 9 to 25.
