Latvia drops two spots in FIFA rankings

The Latvian football team has dropped two spots in the latest FIFA ranking to 131st position, informs LETA.

Just this past September, Latvia dropped to its lowest ever ranking - 148th.

Since the previous rankings, Latvia has played two exhibition matches - a 0:2 loss to Saudi Arabia, and then a 3:4 loss to Kosovo.

Latvia's best ever FIFA ranking was in 2009 - 45th.

Meanwhile, Estonia is currently ranked 84th in the FIFA rankings, while Lithuania is ranked 148th.

Germany, Brazil and Portugal top the latest FIFA rankings.
