Bertans helps Spurs crush Cavaliers

Print versionIn NBA action on Monday, Latvian forward Davis Bertans scored three points to help his San Antonio Spurs crush the defending NBA champions Cleveland Cavaliers 103:74, writes LETA.
The Latvian was on the floor for 11 minutes, during which he also pulled down two rebounds and made one assist.
The highest scorer for the Spurs was Kawhi Leonard with 25 points, while Lebron James led the way for the Cavaliers with 17 points.
In the NBA's Western Conference standings at the moment, the Spurs remain in second place with 57 wins and 16 losses, while the Cavaliers are in second place in the Eastern Conference with 47 wins and 26 losses.
Up next for the Spurs - a home game against league leaders Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
