Estonian entry at this year's Eurovision song contest, "Goodbye to Yesterday", performed by Elina Born and Stig Rästa, was chosen Tuesday evening by European viewers to participate in the final concert on Saturday in Vienna, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

The Estonian song performed 7th in the first semi-final that took place Tuesday night. "Now that we are in finals, we can come home with heads held up somewhat higher," said Rästa, who is the author of the song too.

The broadcast of the semi-final concert broke all web-based viewers records in Estonia so far as 27,735 Estonian viewers watched the live broadcast of public television ETV simultaneously via the Public Broadcasting ERR web page.
