Norwegian police are searching for a young child from Lithuania who disappeared on Monday. Officers say that the seven year old could have been kidnapped and taken out of the country, informs LETA/ELTA.

The child was living together with his mother in Nordmore, while his father resides in Lithuania. The police officers have been searching for the child since Monday afternoon when the disappearance was reported.

The search is carried out by 150 officers, relatives of the child consulted by psychologists.

Police do not rule out the possibility that the seven year old could have been take out from Norway.
